Subject: all-weather tango surfaces?

Hola all,

I'm a Portland tanguera new to the list.

I'm in the process of replacing and expanding my front porch and would like
to make it a tango-worthy place.

The porch will not be covered; so far all I can come up with for surface
ideas is painted concrete, which I know has impact issues.

Has anyone on the list undertaken a similar project or come across ideal
all-weather dance surfaces? Any info or ideas will be greatly
appreciated! Please e-mail me off the list; I'll post a roundup of the
suggestions received.

TIA, Margaret

Hi Margaret,
Sounds like you need a man. Mr. Fixit Tango dancer.. ;o) Just in the same way a fish needs a bicycle...I'll tell you more tonight at the bday suit milonga at the Viscount...
Bugs

PS: Yes, the ink of bugsB on my left shoulder is real & permanent. Vitamin A & D ointment working well.
PPS: You & Ray Ramano are part of the reason PDX is such a wonderful place to dance!
PPPS: I painted my garage floor with a heavy duty industrial floor paint. I'm going to go put my dancing shoes on & dance in the heat, then its under the garden hose. More later...
