hi, guys :-)

it's me again... i didn't think it would be necessary to send another
clarification yet, however, it seems i was wrong.

were it not for the fact that some people have sent the information exactly
as requested, i'd have thought that my simple instructions perhaps lacked
clarity and specificity .... but, since some got it right ...and others didn't
....well, what can i say?..

i didn't think there would be so many different interpretations.... yayyyy!

let me try a different approach.

here's a list of *don'ts* based on entries received:

1) don't list all the information in one line separated only by slashes.
2) don't write everything in caps
3)don't include driving directions: i.e. *3 north of this, 1 east of that*...
not necessary.
4) don't include one line commercials: i.e. * best place to dance* or *best
teacher*
5) don't submit if you do not hold a milonga; your entry does not qualify
for this list, at this time....sorry.
6) don't leave any lines blank. (incomplete information will not be honored)
7) do give complete information - however, one item per line
8) don't put just initials separated by *&* for names of organizers ..if
more than one.
9) if there are two organizers, you need to list them both, each one in
his own line: first name, last name, and telephone number for each, then, use
a second line for the second organizer.
10) don't write in between the lines of the example i sent on my first
posting.
by the time your e-mail is retransmitted to us, your information is all
scrambled in between the letters of our example, and we can't decipher what is
what.
11) do use a new fresh, clean screen, and type your information by itself,
not next to our example, not in between the lines of our example either...
please.

folks, if this doesn't do it.... i'll give up :-( i don't think this
merits any more explanations..... :-)

on the other hand, .... i'm very patient with people....so....we'll see.

now you kids, do your homework as instructed, or else, you're grounded and
you'll go to your room without dinner, you hear! :-)
