Is it not Rosita Moreno herself? That picture in the above link
looks very much like the woman in top most picture here.

I have the video but have not followed who the dancers were, relating
to the characters in the movie. I never got to follow the plot and
script and there's only 2 minutes of tango dancing in the entire
movie. :-<
