Hola listeros,
My friend is looking for some tangos that were originally recorded in
France. Do these titles sound familiar to anyone? These were part of a CD
collection that was stolen and they have proven impossible to find here in
California. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Hola Ed,
(And for listmembers who could be interested by the info)

For Artango, their website is at: https://perso.club-internet.fr/ravel/
CDs are supposed to be availible at many web-dealers like www.amazon.fr

A brief research on Google will show you many places to order discs of
Haydee Alba.

Good success in your hunt!

I've had great service ordering music from www.fnac.fr . For Artango, they
list:

Un soir 1999 (17.99 Euros)
Metropole 1997 (23.17 Euros)
Doubles jeux 1995 (21.04 Euros)
Artango 1993 (out of print)

The first two CDs in the list are on Virgin. It's possible that any record
shop could order them in.
