Hector started to dance Argentine Folk Music at the age of 5, and years later he graduated as Folk dance teacher.
At 14, he started to dance professionally in different dance companies, with which he toured in Argentina and abroad.
In 1986 he formed his first soloist tango couple and performed in the most prestigious tango houses in Buenos Aires like El =
Viejo Almacén, Michelangelo, Sr. Tango and Casablanca, amongst many others, and in many cities around the world with great success. He also =
has been part of the cast of many acclaimed tango companies like Tango x 2 andTango Passion, touring many times in Europe, and Tango Metropolis, =
with which he traveled to Japan.
In 2003 he was the coreographer and main dancer for the show Tango Buenos Aires, performing at some of the most important theatres in =
more than sixty cities in USA. Later on he joined the companies Tango Seducción and Tango Emoción, touring with both troughout Europe in =
2003/04 (Austria, Greece, Latvia, France, Finland and Sweden).
Hector is currently teaching at the Instituto Universitario Nacional de Arte, in Buenos Aires.
