Regarding the Portland October TangoFest 2002, the following topics are:

1. Summary of Attendance

Total number attending this year's event was around 400 people.
Attendance at the milongas was approximately: Wed--120, Thur-- 270, Fri-- 340, Sat-- 365, Sun--370.

2. Request for Performance Videos

I have already received over a dozen requests from the instructors for videos of their performances. Please, if you video taped any of the =
performances, send me a copy and I will see that they get distributed to the respective teachers. Please note!!-- these videos will be available =
ONLY to the instructors and I WILL NOT be selling copies to anyone. Videos should be sent to:

3. Request for Evaluations:

To help us plan for both next year's event and the Portland Valentine Tango Gala (Feb 14-16, 2003) I would love to receive your =
comments--good, bad or ugly. In particular, I would like two types of responses
1.. Stream of consciousness response to any aspect of the event (teachers, DJ's, milonga, food, organization, etc etc)
2.. A numerical evaluation from 1 to 10 of any teacher you encountered (1=the worst ..... 10=the best)
(I will average the numerical evaluations in order to be more fair to those who taught a different number of classes.)

The only match is item 1. on the found items and item 2 on
the lost items.
