For those of you with an interest in neo-tango music, Carlos Libedinsky's
website has audio files in MP3, RealMedia and Windows Media with snippets
of all the tracks of the CD Narcotango.

The CD seems to be privately produced without a record label.

in the meantime, since the release of the new CD about two weeks ago,
it also could be bought at another shop as Carlos anounced on some
tango-groups:

Carlos is quite popular in the new generation of tango dancers in
Bs.As. [definitely those who frequent the milonga "La Catedral" every
tuesday night. :-) (for first timers: be ready to be shocked! {never
missed one during my 29 nights in Bs.As. beginning this year})]

it is interesting to read the comments of the author of this CD , Carlos Libedinsky . It looks like the idea for the music popped up to him ,while staying at the last moments of the milonga, when almost all people is gone , the DJ is playing WITH the music instead of playing the music , and some die hards dancers are at the tables ,while the waiters are piling the chairs, and two or three couples dance with their last breath , feets hurted , lungs exhausted with the bloody cigarette smoke ....

Maybe in such a condition, the brain goes out of service , and the bodies moved in a different way to the music. without all the prejudices that the mind is always raising.

I like those moments, they are special. Sometimes I used to dance with one of the waiters at a milonga ( Centro Tasso ) when everything was almost ended. She could not dance while attending the tables , but at the end of the night, it was different.

Maybe this is "the music for the small hours"

Warm regards
