Hello,
The best way to know what's going on in Paris is to use the link:
www.danse-à-2.com , click into "tango argentin", and a little
interactive window gives you all the "goings on" with their addresses.
Special mention should be made of the "latina", a small milonga with
good dancers and good music (live on Saturday). The down side is that
they can be cliquish at times. More friendly and accessible is
Augusto's on Friday night. If you have the time, you can also try (but
people tend to go in couples) Celeste's on Friday which has nice music
and is held in a circus tent (VERY cute). The Imperial Milonga usually
has an orchestra on Wednesdays. I don't know what special events there
may be during that period (I've put my computer on high security right
now to avoid a particularly disagreeable spam which keeps popping up),
but they'll be listed as well on the site. If you wish, you can email
