Somebody comments:

"For me, 0% Golden Age music works the best, right now. Listening to more
of it
or have people try to explain what its about, will probably send it into
negative numbers. I'd settle for 33% GA, 33% modern & 33%
alternative/non-tango
music. If someone can somehow fix the sound/fidelity problems of the Golden
Age, so that it sounds as beautiful as it did & can properly fill a
ballroom,
I'm there.

Crowded dance floors? No thanks. Its just not fun or enjoyable to me & is
very
distracting & a nuisance, for me & my partners. I dance in the middle
anyway,
not that around the floor thing. I don't draw energy from a crowd, its
drains"
it."

I do not wish to be personal so I am posting in answer to anyone in that
similar situation.
I repeat I am not talking to Rick from portland.

I do not know what makes you to talk this way. It could be that you are
still in love?, or perhaps that somebody secretely put a psychodelic in your
drink? . Have you tried psychoanalysis? or a hot bouillon enema with garlic
and onions?

What I do know is that you do not have the slightest idea of what Argentine
Tango is.

It seems that you may have started your road to it but sowhere along your
way you took the wrong turn.

Your choices in these situations are to go back with a good map and find the
right road or else to do as you have been doing explore this one and see
where it takes you.

The problem is that you are misled into thinking that you are dancing
Argentine Tango when you are not. You use some moves stolen from it. That is
all. The rest has nothing to do with the real dance.

It will come the time when you will realize it and then cease to write in
the Tango-L to start the
Flip-Flop-L. Why don't you start it right now? - There may be somebody else
willing to discuss the interesting subject of your discoveries. Do not think
that you are the only one that lost his way, there are many.

In the meantime continue to have fun.

I agree with your answers, you have to understand that most of this
dancers only know how to dance tango so they dance tango to everything.
