Dear Christian

To me is really unbelievable how different we see this video.

Sincerely I do think it is a master piece of dancing,
the more I watch it the more I discover subtleties, refinement and beauty in it.
I think Mauricio and Carla are in perfect sink specially with the very complex way they are
improvising.
Carla for what I see is a phenomenal follower, I can't imagine what it will be like to follow a
dance at that speed.

Maybe in the future, when this type of dancing will be old, we are going to realize the great
depth of what we are watching today, and how lucky we are now to have the opportunity to
watch these dancers live.

... and on top of that, I have taken a few classes with Mauricio and I think he is excellent (to
not say he is the best :)

saludos to all of you !!

Regarding Mauricio de Castro, I'm not his biggest fan but the contribution he's made in analysing the dance to extreme detail seems to =
me worthwhile --it's all in his CDs and books. To some it may be 'paralysis by analysis' or overkill, but if you're able to absorb all =
the stuff, I think that's a bonus under your belt --or should I say under your shoes?

I pay a lot of attention to the quality of the step just in forward motion, the naked step, and Mauricio's doesn't convince me as, say, =
Osvaldo Soto does. But I still would consider purchasing his stuff.
