Hi List,

Those who are in the SF Bay Area can try Down Home Records, in El Cerrito
CA, which has a pretty decent selection of tango, and other South American
music. I go there for tango music. Another source is Amoeba Music on
Telegraph Ave in Berkeley, but the selection at Down Home is more varied.
The clerks are friendly and helpfyl. None are tango enthuisiasts, but if you
know the name, the label (For example "El Bandoneon") they can look them up
an dorder them if the CD has distribution in the U.S.

Down Home is a wonderful store for all kinds of regional music from around
the globe, and you can listen before you buy.

boomerang in my personality. Like criminals, lovers and debt collectors I
always return."
