Dear bailarines y tangueros, dear friends,

It seems that the eve of the automnal equinox (northern hemisphere) is a
good time for teachers and organizers to harvest the fruits of their Summer
efforts. I have already seen several messages of this kind and, although it
may be of little interest for some readers, I would like to add my own
contribution to those messages of praise.

So let me raise my glass of Taittinger 1976 Comtes de Champagne in the honor
of Metin Yazir and Hélène Eckert!

Hélène worked hard to organize a fantastic tango week in Geneva. We enjoyed
the atmosphere, the offer, the content, the food (we went accross the border
to France to benefit from the delights of French cuisine), the group of
dancers, etc. Metin was just great : talent, humanity, simplicity,
dedication to his classes, musicality, technical work, etc.

All elements were present to offer this fantastic mix of energy, which helps
one go beyond one's normal limits. And the cherry on the cake, as we say in
France, was the milonga organized by Hélène, Claudio and Alejandro outside
at the music kiosk along the Geneva lake... a dream.

Thank you, thank you very much again and... bravo !

Fernando & Elisa
