Subject: ADMIN: change to subscription options
The notice that everyone received about the change to subscription
options is a followup to the virus warning from May 7.
This should cause the ListServer to add "[TANGO-L]" to the subject
line of every message it sends out. The presence of that prefix
should help detect you computer viruses (like klez) that forge
email return addresses, since they are unlikely to duplicate this
behavior. Email that appears to be sent from tango-a that does
not have "[TANGO-L]" in the subject line is suspicious.
Note that this does not affect tango-a. The ListServer already
requires a topic prefix in the subject line of all tango-a posts,
making a "[TANGO-A]" prefix redundant.
