Subject: Birthday Dances...
I'm not sure about other parts of the country/world, but they seem to
be a tradition, here in little old Portland. The lucky person, who has
just gotten another year older, is hauled out in front of a big circle
& a good song is played & everyone takes turns cutting in, sometimes
quite quickly. Last Saturday at Alex's 3rd Saturday dance, it was me &
5 wonderful followers who celebrated our birthdays. A Color Tango song
was chosen I believe. Alex seems to have the Midas Touch for dances,
lessons, teaching etc... & a darn good electrician ;o)
