Subject: Buenos Aires: another view

Due to responses from others on the list I will post notes from the Buenos
Aires trip. I want to wait until Rick's posts are more or less complete. However
I do it with some caution because reading them without having been there will
mean the context will be lost and I hope everyone understands that. Many of
the opinions expressed on the list often reflect the fact that the writer is
unfamiliar with the culture firsthand which often adds to the confusion on many
topics.

Having said that I will post them more like a daily journal as did Rick who
by the way deserves a thank you for doing so because I found it very difficult
to sit down and write (in spite of my injured heels from last years accident
reminding me to do so) with my adrenalin racing to try to absorb as much as I
could while there.
