I'm, personally, am not trying to solve any problems here. Just explaining why I often refer to Tango as snooty-Tango. I've seen it go to quite a few person's heads, as they go zooming off into the ozone. Look @ me, look @ me, I can dance Tango... No worries...
George Marshall, a very popular contra dance caller, tells beginners in workshops, that if someone politely turns you down to dance, do you really want to know why? There's some truth to not asking questions that you dont' really want to hear the answers too...
Cheers, off to enjoy a bike ride on our new east bank esplanade & loop trail. surreal beautiful weather we get now & then in PDX & for a solid 4 month stretch, July thru August. It doesn't get any better than this..
