Tokyo now has what is claimed to be "the highest milonga in the world":
a monthly milonga in the bar of the observatory on the 52nd floor of
Roppongi Hills. This is place has floor to ceiling windows all around on the
outer walls so you can see the moon and the stars while you are dancing and
millions of city lights far, far below. Quite romantic.
