it's me again... thank you for your response, however, a point of
clarification is needed:

would you kindly submit your information exactly, as requested?

perhaps i was not sufficiently clear. no physical address is required.

we are receiving lots of requests but:

a) some have the physical adress
b) some say *second floor* or *suite #x *
c) some have the information all in caps
d) some are anonymous (these requests will not be honored)
e) some put a website only

etc. etc.

if you would kindly adhere to the format requested, it will be more
effective,
and it'd be greatly appreciated. ok? don't forget. ;-)
