I just love this list with all you self-imposed and for the most part
cyber experts. Charles, go do a google search on Omar Merlo and see
what you come up with. It just might surprise you. He was in the
original cast of Tango x2 among many many other shows. He is without a
doubt a great dancer.

The show Deby is talking about is "Tango Buenos Aires",by Rosario Bauza.
That one has Omar Merlo. Deby did not mention, that Karina Piazza and Hector
Falcon, Cynthia and Esteban , who are in my opinion lot more famous, are in
there too, and it ran in California.
The show in Tokyo that I am talking about is "Buenos Aires Tango" directed
by Anibal Panucho (hope the spelling is correct, could not find him anywhere
on the internet,except in Japanese).

Ok, now I got it (threw away the flyer from the show)
The show "Buenos Aires Tango" is mentioned on two web pages, one French, one
Italian. The French one mentions the dancers:
Buenos Aires Tango
Compania Argentina Anibal Pannunzio e Magui Danni
SEDANO, MARIA DAMBLANS, DAVID ESTEVE, GUYLAINE ARNAUD;
"recognized dancers" as the ones above- does anyone of you know them? Do
they mean "recognized in Europe"?
Does anyone know the choreographer? Alberto, do you, maybe ?
If it is the show that Barabara Garvey saw, yes, quite right, the Italian
website mentions only the names of the musicians, and even the lights and
costume taylor, but none of the dancers.
Gardel, Piazzolla, Yupanqui e altri. " from

And no, Deby, Omar and his lovely partner are nowhere to be found in there.
