Dear Friends,
We, El Encuentro (Istanbul) and Casa del Tango (Greece) are very happy
to announce the First International Istanbul Tango Festival.
The main theme of our festival will be based on innovation and
creativity with the valuable contribution of the following renowned
Argentinian maestros;
Ezequiel Paludi y Sabrina Masso
Mauricio Castro y Carla Marano
Adrian Veredice y Alejandra Hobert
Dana Frigoli y Pablo Villaraza (to be confirmed)
Daniel Y Yessica Carlsson
Roxina Villegas y Aris Negrosol
Aydogan y Sule Arkis
Dates : 16 to 20 June 2004
Location : Istanbul
Prices : 160 Euros until 1 April 2004 then 220 Euros
Programme: 22,5 hours of classes for all levels except master class
(19.5 hours)
Levels : Master,Advanced,Intermediate,Begginers max 15 couples per group
Milongas : 5 Milongas, (3 of them with live music), Shows of the
maestros in milongas.

In order to avoid any conflicts in the future, the name of our festival

PS: Although this is also mentioned on the web site, I want to repeat
that, the video/audio quality of the preview file in the web site is
considerably poorer than the original ones. This is due to an image
quality loss during the conversion of the original file to the one that
could be reviewed through internet, and technically inevitable.

To be honest: The quality of the first file ("showgenel.wmv") is so bad that
I even did not watch it to it's end. :-(
Better a bigger file / longer download than this one!
Otherwise: Heard a lot good things about turkish tango and hope to discover
it once.
