Actually, I think the Canadians got it right . . . In Toronto, Joy Low and
Caroline Jonas usedextra fine corn meal on outdoor concrete surfaces and the
birds get to clean it up after the milonga! The corn meal is not as
dangerous as slippery talcum powder, works as well as the potter's silica,
and is silent.
