Thanks David for your response.
I'm glad you were able to see the humor in my original post.
Some of those transvestites are pretty *good*. How are you going know?

I had once a friend who had the habit to tell jokes everday! Let me tell you
that he was really a caracter!
We went out for a drink once... the whole tango group - I forgot to mention
this happened in Buenos Aires -...
Well... he told us a joke - sth that he considered funny ok? - and I don't
know why... none of us laughed at his joke!
He said afterwards :
"Well... let me tell you the joke again!... you might get it this time..."
He tried for about 45 minutes to explain his joke.
Till someone said.
" Hey chabon ! ... if we didn't laugh the first time is not because we
didn't understand! ... we just did not consider that FUNNY ! "
Was my friend really having "sense of humor"? Did he see the difference
beetween a good and a bad joke?

Well Phil:
Thank you, since you asked on a public forum.
And if you really want to know,
Partly I am not going to tell you because you will simply have to get this
one on your own.
But to start, perhaps you could show up alone to a drag club and start to
work things out.
Perhaps we could take a vote to see if this a good idea.
Or might there be additional suggestions from others on the list.
