"TODO TANGO CLUB" SHIPS COLLECTOR'S BOX #6: A Tango Dancer's Delight
(Buenos Aires, Argentina) February 16, 2004 The Todo Tango Club completes
its first year of releases with a special "2 part" release:
Orchestras to dance and to listen
Part 1: Laurenz, Di Sarli & Mancione
Part 2: Pugliese, De Angelis & Demare
In the spirit of the highly acclaimed 3rd release - Milongueando en Buenos
Aires - this new offering revisits six amazing orchestras from the 40's and
50's that will be enjoyed by Tango fans that want to find lost gems and by
Tango dancers that would like different, old style material for their
milongas.
"After Milongueando we received messages from Tango DJs and Milongas all
around the world telling us they were delighted with the material and they
were playing the CDs on the Tango floor" said Gabriel Foux, from the Todo
Tango Club. "The old style sound and orchestra playing gives milongas an
old-style ambience that transports dancers over fifty years into the past,
making them feel like they are in the clubs in old Buenos Aires". "This new
release follows on Milongueando's footsteps with 30 Tango's from wonderful
maestros of the genre: Laurenz, Di Sarli, Mancione, Pugliese, De Angelis &
Demare... You can almost hear the musicians take the stage one orchestra
after another. What a treat!"
Tango lovers everywhere can get these releases at home with their valid
membership after signing up to the Todo Tango Club at
