Hello dear list:
I dont post very often in this list. But i feel touched with some of the
last e mails.
First of all:
Is this about TANGO? or private life of ppl who only dance tango.
I remember ppl sayng the same when others started posting things about gulf
war II. But nobody
says a word about this "love story" that the only way tango is there,
is because the protagonists are a dancer and a teacher.
Perhaps ppl is enjoying reading this?.
I dont know El pibe Avellaneda personally.
I am a tango teacher, im in Seattle now, teaching and performing around U.S
.
There are good and bad persons, no matter they are teachers or not. No
matter they are argentinean or not.
And also no matter of they are man o woman.
It depends only of personal experiences.
So, please be carefully before you put all the argentine teachers in the
same bag.
I know is nothing personal, but it hurts anyway.
We are not all the same
I dont want ppl being afraid of me, just because i am argentinean teacher.
To make it easier. There are all kind of persons, even in tango comunity.
This is about people relations, not about tango
Am i clear with this?
I hope you understand, my enlglish is not very good as you can see.
And just to finish, all this things come out after we believe the things we
read are truth.
Probably we have an exelent novelist dancing with us.Or a good tango lyrics
in our hands
Un abrazo tanguero para todos, chau!

Patricio,
I think most people were politely ignoring those messages. Perhaps it would
have been better if they remained ignored. The content was fairly offensive
and I think ignoring the emails or at least not responding to them would
have probably been for the best. This is the result of allowing people to
post and sign on using pseudonyms. Had some of the folks who've posted on
several occasions been allowed to do so only under their own names, the
chances are that their posts would have never made it to the tango-l
