I have a question for our Russian friends on this list.

Does anyone have any information regarding a V.S. Valli -
self-styled (?) "King of the Tango" in the 1910s? Possibly
dancing/teaching in Moscow.
Or might be able to point me to a site (in English) that might
have information on this person?
