I got an interesting email recently from Maria Teresa in BsAs.
She rents room in her apartment to tango dancers. All the amenities
sound good, such as no smoking in the common areas. Her
apartment is across from Parque Rivadavia, in Caballito, which
is a few miles west of downtown BsAs, and I've been told is a
nice residential area.

Has anyone from TANGO-L had any experience with this residence?

Larry:

I know of Maria Teresa's residence and it is in a nice area with good access
to milongas and necessities. She provides amenities and attends milongas with
her guests. I have not stayed with her because I have rented an apartment or
stayed with friends in prior trips. In fact, I am in Bs.As. now but
returning home tonight. I am copying a friend, Kikki, who has stayed with
her and maybe she can tell you more.
