Hola Listeros, my ballet teacher remarked as I was doing an across the floor
combination on Wed, 'thank God for that tango, it has improved your balance
100%/' Go figure ... I think the recent string of messages has overlooked
the fact that one form of knowledge is not superior to the other ... just as
a side dish complements another side dish, so does one form of movement to
the other. A basic understanding of physiology & spirituality is important
for every art, whether it be tango, martial, ballet ... whatever. Life is
experience, life is movement and whatever you do, keep moving, keep
breathing & enjoying the movement.
