Subject: Mi yerba preferida

The most liked Yerbas are "Cruz Malta", "Nobleza Gaucha" and "Amanda" to
mention a few.

Mate is bitter and is preferred that way in rural areas by Gauchos. In the
cities sugar is added.

"Yerbita" is a good tipe of Mate in bags, I use it instead of coffee or tea.

I still drink mate with my parents whenever I can. Usually in the morning
for breakfast and again at about 4:20 pm. after siesta time. This should be
acconpanied by croissants or slices of bread covered with butter and sugar
or even better "dulce de leche".
