Subject: New videos
Hello everybody,
I just added a few new videos to our homepage, which show our style and
approach to Tango de Salón. This includes a video of our performance at
the Confiteria Ideal in Buenos Aires last August. I would be pleased if
you visited our site.
So far, it is available only in German, so choose the link "film". The
rest is easy...
Internet-Explorer-users: this rather slow browser takes quite a time to
open the films. although they're streaming-videos. Downloading them may
be faster. Don't be afraid of viruses, as I cut and updoaded the videos
with a mac. ;-)

Dear american Tangofriends,
Thank you for giving us such a warm welcome in NEW York and
Washington/DC at Tangosutra. It was so nice to meet and dance with some
of the american Tangueros and Tangueras.
You'll find two new films of our performances in New York City in our
video-section. We'd like to thank Jennifer (Dancestudio 101), Rebecca
(Dance Manhattan) and Gayatri (La Boca) for presenting us to the New
York - Tangueros. It was a very pleasant stay and we are really looking
forward to returning in spring 2007.

I am interested to know more about the reasons behind
the embrace you are using, particularly the way
Melina's left arm falls. Reviewing the videos on the
website, it seems like you used to reach far across
Detlef's back up high, extending at the farthest just
about to his left armpit. The recent videos show your
left arm falling nearly vertically down his back so
your hand ends up somewhere around his right kidney
(sorry for all the anatomy). It is striking because
it is unusual. Are you working on accomplishing
something in particular?

Just this same arm position is spreading here in Zurich, Switzerland like a
virus...
Seems to be the 'new hot fashion' among young dancers or people who were in
BA recently. Unfortunately i have not had the opportunity yet to hear about
this from the followers themselves so I quite curious about it as well..

Hello everybody,
we finally decided to put some of our new videos onto our
youtube-channel (www.youtube.com/tangodesalon), but unfortunately, they
are not synchronized. There are synchronized versions at ourr site:

I repeated the uploading process several times, but the result was
always the same. :-(
Does anybody have an idea, how to deal technically with this problem?
We'll be on our way to Buenos Aires today and would like to thank all
New Yorker, Philadelphia and pittsburgh dancers for their warm welcome!
