Yes! Of course it's all about manners. But the solution to the "predator"
problem lies in the hands, or rather feet of the ladies: they could
politely decline the invitations of rude leaders. I had the experience last
week of having one such hover closely for several minutes while I was
conversing with a friend. He finally had the gall to interrupt and ask if
she wanted to dance -- and instead of saying "later," she rewarded his
boorish behavior by accepting. Andrew
