Subject: Rioplatense hangout in New York?

I'll be in New York City (Manhattan to be exact) next
week. I know there are tango venues and a couple of
Argentinean steakhouses in Manhattan, but I'd like to
know if anyone can recommend a bar or cafe or
someplace where Argentineans and Uruguayans hang out.
