In response to my post about Roberto Firpo I received an informative reply
from Hector that I will share with the list.

"Roberto Firpo (hijo) made his debut in Radio Belgrano at age 11. He recorded
many tangos 'a dos pianos' with his father, and his recordings were with the
label Orfeo.
Roberto Firpo, the father, kept on working and recording until the 1960s..."

What is available today seems to be only about Firpo senior but obviously his
son was very talented and something of a prodigy. It would be interesting to
hear some of these duets. He would be about 77 years old today. Does anyone
know if he is still alive?
