Subject: Tango description
I bought a CD and found this beautiful (at least I think it is)
description which I type VERBATIM:
Enrique Santos Discepolo, one of the great tango poets and lyricists,
defined this music as "a sad thought that you can dance at". This is not
only a poetical but also an axact definition of what the true tango
feeling is about. More than this, it is the best way to define the deep,
emotional manner of the couple dancing at a tango. Their feline movements
passionately embraced bodies and misty eyes looking into their inner
selves, resemble two lacerated spirits telling the silent story of their
lives. Like two souls melted in one, suspended in the air, only caressed
by wavy breeze of the sensual tango."
