It's a surprise to me that there is seen to be any ambiguity in
terminology used by tango teachers. It's just a matter of forgetting all
that imprecise rubbish taught in physics classes, and embracing the true
technical meanings of the terms.
I have worked out the exact meaning of a number of such terms, and am
prepared to share my expertise with you.

Momentum means force. That is a stiff knee.
Inertia also means force but in the opposite direction .. stiffen the
other knee.
Centrifugal means vertigo - a form of giro worship.
Thus centrifugal inertia means a force from the woman, through your left
elbow and down through the floor. (Sorry - by 'woman' I mean
follower-person-of-the-opposite-gender. Sex. Persuasion. Or - umm -
'woman'.)
Watt means Who's on first.
Axis means over here, or, oops, over there. Or a bit on the side. No -
sorry - that's not what I meant to imply at all. No, honestly. ..
Radius means diagonally - or just pi in the ski
Diameter means almost half the radius and thus twice the energy or about
four volts..
Grounded means your feet reach the floor.
More grounded means her feet reach the floor too.
Force is defined as "miss times exhileration" - often seen in a young
lady having a tango moment.
Tension is having a domestic while tangoing. Any married couple; any
practica.
Energy is a weightless fluid that oozes out of the floor, up through the
nearest Piscean pyramid hugger, and into the aura of anyone within a
cubit or so, (but avoiding any physicists. As you do.)

Master the above definitions and you will not only be able to walk the
work but talk the torque as well.

Roger,

With tongue vigorously embedded in cheek I must add to your knowledge base the definition of Tango List.

Tango List = what you have after too many molinetes in sequence or too much wine at the milonga, which ever comes first.

I could only think of one addition, it took all my energy...
