I'm watching Tango (movie from the previous century -- 1998)
What is driving me nuts is the constant commentary by the producer in a
heavy Argentinian accent. It is OK for a new minutes, but all throughout
the entire film -- what a distraction!
Is that really the way the move was shown or am I watching some special
commentary version??? I'm watching a DVD.
He says, "I hate to interrupt this, but"
(If he hates doing that, why does he insist on jabbering?)

Sounds like you've switched on the commentary. There's certainly a
non-commentated version, at least on the R2 DVD.

OK, I finally found out how to turn off the commentary for the movie Tango.
With this DVD, you have to right click and pick "Spanish 1" and suddenly you
can watch the movie without the producer's commentary. The commentary is
actually good, especially when you can turn it off and then on when you want
it. The sound and picture quality on my laptop is great!
I got the movie through Netflix. I just started my Netflix subscription. I
think I'm going to like NetFlix! In the US you can get a free two week
trial of NetFlix and watch a lot of movies for free. You may want to see

You must be watching the commentary version; the original is not like
that. The original version should also be on the DVD though.

That's not Carlos Saura. That's Juan Codazzi's comentary. He was the
producer of the movie and also producer of "Tango Bar" with Raul Julia and
Ruben Juarez.
