Since we're on the subject of bad manner while dancing my pet peeve is
talking while dancing. It's bad enough when a partner is yakking away in my ear but
worse when the volume is loud enough I can hear what the other couples are
talking about as I dance near them. It's distracting as hell and it ruins the
tango trance!!

Careful! You must have not been here when the
North American Tango Chatty Cathy Amendment got
passed--I'm told it not only passed (where the heck
where we when the quorum was called on *that*--dang!),
but with a bisexual codicil; so apparently now not
only is anyone, male or female, entitled to be
a Chatty Cathy, but anyone else who dares show
displeasure with same will be declared a Nazi by
Chas and shipped off to Nuremberg for trial. Assuming
Chas can do that, dance through a cortina, wave
a L1BERTAR1AN M1LONGAS RAWK!@!!1! flag, and chew gum
at the same time, that is.
