If this was for Rio, I'd get a ticket from the Brazilian-American Club
and I'd know when to go, but I'm going to BsAs, so I have questions:
1. What time of year works best weather wise and cost wise?
2. How does one go abount getting the least expensive ticket possible?

We also organize tours all over Argentina, for instance:
South: Patagonia, Bariloche for woods and lakes, Penmnsula Valdez for whales watching;
North: Iguazz Falls, Tren de las Nubes (highest train in South America), Quebrada de Humahuaca (canon) etc.
