Vacation time-Memorial Week and Tango Fantasy in Miami Beach are approaching
fast. We still have space in the classrooms, but we need to get your
registration forms before the festival starts, so please send those to USTC
Tango Fantasy, 5757 S.W. 88 Court, Miami, FL 33173. If you need a flyer or
need me to fax one, call 305-274-2705 and it will be taken care right away.
Make your hotel reservations right away as the Fontainebleau Hilton Resort
gets booked solid during Memorial weekend and week. Tel. is 1-800-548-8886
or directly to Miami's Fontainebleau Hilton at 305-538-2000. You must
mention Tango Fantasy to get the low rate of $119/night for single or double
occupancy. If you need roommates, please contact Lydia.
The following information will be helpful to those deciding at the last
minute: We offer 3 packages and also daily classes and half day classes
including Milongas.
1) Memorial week package - $534.00 -(This price is the early bird, still
being honored). Starts with opening Milonga on Saturday night, May 17, 2003
thru Friday night May 23 closing Milonga and Tropigala Masters of Tango Show
that night. The Milonga on Tuesday will be all-night. This includes all the
workshops (4 per day- 2 in the morning and two in the afternoon, 1 1/2 hr.
duration each class). Wednesday is a day off but there is a Milonga at
night.
2) Memorial weekend package - $334.00 - Starts with opening Milonga and
Tropigala show on Friday, May 23. Master workshops on Saturday, May 24 and
Sunday, May 25, includes 3 daily classes of beginners, intermediate and
advance. All are 1 1/2 hr. duration. Ends on Sunday, May 25 with Tango
competition and an all night Milonga.
3) Complete double package - $660.00 - This is the whole thing, in other
words, the week and the weekend combined, you are doing everything. Let me
