What in the world is the "V" embrace?

Another mistake I have made. It should be called V-frame. Michael described
it very well I thought. You are connected at the leader's right side and
completely open on the left side. The leader's and follower's shoulders are
at about 45 degrees angle, just like in the letter V.

Oleh,
Thank you for the explanation. The "V" happens naturally because of the
dance embrace, however I think we should try to be as parallel as possible
with our partners, the more chest to chest contact, the better and easier
the connection and communication of the lead (at least in my experience).

Whenever I follow, I find difficult and uncomfortable to dance with leaders
that only give me the ride side of their chest.
