Dear List,
I was lucky to meet Metin Yazir last weekend in New York. What a great instructor!
I have many favorite dancers/performers but now I met the best "instructor" I have ever taken class from.
I attended his two workshops over the weekend, I wish I could take more. His teaching style is quite different than other instructors that I took classes from over last 4 years. I could do some of most advanced steps very easlily after those two workshops that I couldn't believe myself!
I must admit that he might not be an easy person sometime in the classes! but he definetely express/explains things in extremely easy ways that make things very easy.
Likewise his partner Vanessa was very helpful too: not talking much but talking enough to fix problems that people had!
Saturday classes got 15 to 18 people but Sunday classes were pretty crowded. (25-30)
I strongly recommend you to take some of his workshops if they are around you.
Not an Argentinian but a truely great instructor.

Having taken Metin's classes several times, I must agree.
Definitely one of the best instructors around.
