My wife and I just bought a really nice 4-bedroom,
2,600 square foot apartment at Laprida and Pena. It's
in a beautiful 70-year old French building with a
spiral marble staircase and a number of other cool
architectural features.

We aren't moving down for another year, and the place
is available for rent if anyone is interested.
Fundamentally, we're not trying to get rich renting
it...only cover our expenses and such. In short, the
rent is reasonable.
