Subject: VI Tango Festival Buenos Aires - Grand opening

Dear friends from tango list
The Tango Festival is about to begin, and this days the last roundups for the Metropolitan Championship of Tango Salon are ended . During february 20,21 ans 22 there will be live concerts and artists at the Federacion de Box , Castro Barros 75, and also the place will held he semifinals of the Metropolitan tournament each day . The reason for three semifinals could be that the milongas where the roundups were held were arranged into three zones, North, South and West.
The east zone of Buenos Aires is the Rio de la Plata , and unless a contest dancing have been scheduled on board the toruist cruises that are piling one after the other at the river port , this east zone is not tango zone yet :):)

Tickets are free of charge and (up to 2 tickets per person) can be collected on the same day as the show from 10 a.m. at the correspondent theater box office (except for those shows staged at the Teatro Colsn. The Teatro Colsn box office opens Mondays thru Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
