Would love any comments about this festival from anyone with past experience of this festival, as I am planning to go there. It appears to be on a smaller scale than last year's - is my perception valid?

I _don't_ think it will be smaller than last year. There are probably not all artists confirmed yet.

A special venue will be Rotes Rathaus (Red Town Hall) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rotes_Rathaus
