On our most recent visit, we stopped at Galeria Pacifico (Florida and
Cordoba, more or less) on the downtown pedestrian mall. The second and
third floors (1st and 2nd floors if you count them Euro-Argentine style) of
this massive shopping gallery are filled with tiny storefronts selling
computer motherboards, graphics cards, cases, and loads of networking and
WiFi gear for the PC Clone/homebuilders market. (Name-brand computers are
very expensive in BsAs). There were several networks available while
sitting on a bench in the internal courtyard area.

On a previous visit, we were able to get a good connection near the window
of a hotel room in the Bauen Suites hotel, near Corrientes and Callao.
