Lois in Mpls, MN & I talked about this. She gave me a wonderful piece of wisdom, saying that when she feels a little at loose ends or perhaps lonely or something, she definitely makes sure she gets out to dance & has a really special. She's like me & dances almost every night, all the styles we share. I took her advice to myself & its really true. I don't know you would call it, altered state, more vulnerable or who knows. Thanks my friend.

PS: w.r.t. WestCoastSwing music. Almost every song that I dance West Coast to, I can also dance Hustle & Cha-Cha to, as well. Segue-ing in &out of the various dances. So the music is interchangeable, WCS, Hustle & Cha-Cha for me anyway & that's a really huge mutli-genre set of music.
