Subject: Zivals audio problem fix
Thanks to Dave, David, Bernhard, and Stephen, I decided that the Zivals problem
was in my setup and not the Zivals website, so I was encouraged to spend a
little time on it.
I was having problems with both Mozilla and IE on Win98SE - getting an error
msg something like "rtsp not found" with Mozilla. I reinstalled RealPlayer 10,
but no luck. Then I tried the following, which seemed to fix the problem on
both Mozilla and IE:
If you are running RealPlayer version 10 you need to make sure that Real-Time
Streaming Protocol is enabled. To enable RTSP click on Tools on the RealPlayer
menu bar then select Preferences. In the popup window open the Content category
and select Media Types. Click on the Advanced tab and in the Other Media
section of the popup window tick the box alongside Real-Time Streaming
Protocol.
I hope this helps anyone else who is having the problem. For anyone who is NOT
having the problem, or doesn't care about it - sorry about all the technical
stuff, but you didn't have to read it!
