Subject: Repeating topics

Those of us who have been on the Tango-L for years have seen many topics
come and go. I would hate to see someone new to Tango-L not post because
they were afraid that the topic had been covered before, or their opinion
was already stated by someone else. As far as I know, in all the years that
I've been on this list, we've never come to a definitive conclusion on any
of the topics raised, so there must be room for further discussion. I say,
repeat those topics!
