Dear Friends,
I've been trying to find relief from a flood of unsolicited
email...unfortunately, I didn't have the software set correctly and as a
result those of you who posted to Tango-L in the last week or so
received a verification message from me...I'm sorry for any
inconvenience this may have caused. Rest assured, there is no scam, or
harvesting of emails, quite the opposite. I believe I have the problem
resolved but if you continue receiving verification messages, please let
me know.

PS, a querry...I'm doing some tango history research for a presentation
later this week and I'm wondering if anyone has information regarding
the origins of the rose-in-clenched-teeth image so oft-associated with
tango. I'm guessing Valentino or Addams family, but if anyone has an
answer, please let me know.
