I'm sensing the authenticity-argument camel, nosing its way under the tent.
I guess next will be cultural-arrogance, lumper-splitter, etc, etc, etc.
We dance a whole evening here, w/o any Golden Age music. No one seems to be
running into each other, confused, upset, smoke coming out ears. There's plenty of
modern/contemporary orchestras playing superlative dance music. Perhaps there's a humitecially sealed room somewhere that states, definitively, once & for all, what kind of moves you can & can't do, what kind of music you can & can't play, etc, etc, etc...
