I don't understand the weird formatting problems
(wrapping and spacing, I guess), on this list, either.
Anybody shed some light?

Which email client are you using?
What page width is it set for on compose?
Does it do automatic wrap for page width on display?

This is a technical message.

Dear writers,

I am sure you all care how your postings appear on Internet.
For example recent post of the Razor Girl:

https://pythia.uoregon.edu/%7Ellynch/Tango-L/2006/msg05486.html - lines are
too long in Internet Explorer to fit into a page. Unreadable.

Here is the main address of the Web archive of the list:
https://pythia.uoregon.edu/%7Ellynch/Tango-L/2006/

Fix formatting of your messages, please !

Igor Polk
PS,
And please, Hugo,
Do not post here any more,
One time was enough for everyone to notice.
You give a bad example, and if it happens again, we will have to take some
measures against it.
Thank you for understanding!

That archive display is deficient. E.g. here's an archive that shows that
message fine:
